Sending a confidential tip
If you work inside a regulator, a manufacturer, a laboratory or a distributor and you have information the public should have, we want to hear from you. A few practical notes before you write.
- Do not use a work email account or a work device. Use a personal account on a personal device.
- Tell us what you can share and what you cannot. We will not publish anything that identifies you without agreeing it with you first.
- Documents are more useful than summaries, but tell us what you have before sending anything.
- We grant anonymity where a source faces a credible professional or personal risk. Our full approach is in the editorial policy.
Corrections
If we have published something inaccurate, write to info@drugeyeafrica.com with the article and the specific point at issue. Corrections are timestamped on the article rather than made silently.
Response times
We aim to acknowledge general enquiries within two working days. Safety-critical tips are reviewed as they arrive.
