The move implements Decision 50/SDG/AMM/26 of 25 February 2026, which sets out the procedures, conditions and requirements for obtaining accreditation for sites conducting clinical trials of experimental medicines and clinical investigations of medical devices.

Site operators are invited to submit accreditation applications to the AMMPS in accordance with the modalities, conditions and requirements specified in the decision. The authority called on applicants to ensure their dossiers are complete and properly filed to allow for processing under the required conditions.
