The Agence Marocaine du Médicament et des Produits de Santé (AMMPS) has ordered a batch recall of Vinrab 1000 UI/5 ml, solution injectable.
The affected batch is 08AR26004. The product is the responsibility of the pharmaceutical establishment MARBIO. The alert was issued on 15 October 2026.
The authority detected a “non-conformity” concerning batch 08AR26004. The notice does not specify the nature of the non-conformity.
Stockholders must immediately cease distribution and use of the batch, quarantine remaining stock, and return the batch to MARBIO according to the recall procedures. Other conforming batches of this product remain available to ensure supply continuity.
Vinrab is a rabies immunoglobulin at a concentration of 1000 UI/5 ml, formulated as an injectable solution.
